Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a license, we track nothing on this site, and we never sell data.

Who we are. HARMONICO dsp is operated by Nicolas Barreau, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), France — the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. Contact: contact page.

What we collect. When you buy a plug-in we receive your name and email address, which are embedded in your personal license file and kept in our sales records. Payment and billing details are processed by our merchant of record (the seller of record for the transaction) under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.

This website. It is a static site: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as part of serving the files.

The plug-ins. They work fully offline: no telemetry, no phone-home, no account. License validation happens locally on your machine.

Emails. We use your email only to deliver your license, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — occasional product news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention & your rights. Sales records are kept as long as required by French accounting law. You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
