Terms of sale & license.

Products. HARMONICO dsp sells audio software plug-ins (VST3, AU, AAX) for macOS and Windows, delivered as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

Ordering & payment. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable VAT / sales tax and invoicing. Prices shown include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery. After purchase you receive an email containing your personal license file. Installers are available from this website. Delivery is normally immediate; if anything goes wrong, contact us and we will re-send your license.

License. A license is personal and non-transferable. It allows one named user to install and use the plug-in on all machines they personally use. It may not be shared, resold or redistributed. The software is licensed, not sold; all rights remain with HARMONICO dsp.

Trial. Plug-ins run as a full-featured 14-day trial before purchase. After the trial expires, audio processing is disabled until a license is imported.

Support & updates. A license includes minor updates for the purchased major version and email support.

Liability. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. HARMONICO dsp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
